● Understand the 10 types of bad bosses, what causes them, and the impact they have on their
people and business.
● Learnabout the tools required to be a great boss using the The Great Boss Building Block™
Model, both how it will support your bosses and how it can be integrated into your training
strategy and programs.
● Introduce you to techniques and methods of experiential learning (e.g. building good and bad
bosses out of LEGO) so you can experience first-hand how to bring these back to your
organization.
● Hearreal-life stories of bad bosses to help paint the picture of the harm they can cause.
● Hearpractical and actionable tips to take back to your organization
